Startup Sales Representative Inside Sales

We seek a dedicated person for our startup sales team to support us in acquiring new customers for AI-powered automation solutions and competently advise our prospects.
Your Role
As an inside sales representative, you are the voice of KaiMU. Your main task is to contact potential customers by phone, convincingly present our AI-powered automation solutions, and generate qualified leads.
Your Tasks
- Telephone contact with potential customers following a proven conversation guide
- Improvement of conversation guide based on experiences gained
- Systematic recording and documentation of customer conversations
- Pre-qualification of prospects to identify potential business partners
- Participation in regular training to develop your sales and AI knowledge
Your Profile
- Fluent Swiss German
- Resident in Switzerland
- Communication skills and persuasiveness
- Enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people
- Structured working method and discipline
